On November 16, 2021, an open lecture was held for students of specialty 0724 “Mining and extraction”: “Programming Aoolications in Open Pit Mining” from the Kütahya Dumlupınar University, which is one of the partners of the department. The report was made by Doctor Necmettin Çetin. During the meeting, students received information about linear programming, features of the work of a specialist in system analysis with real tasks that arise in open pit mining. At the end of the lecture, students had the opportunity to ask important questions for themselves, to take part in the discussion of the lecture material.
