The topic of the thesis for a Doctor of Engineering Sciences Degree by specialty 05.15.03 – open pit mining is «Development of effective methods of extraction of granite blocks». Thesis was defended in 1995.
Research interests:
– development of energy- and resource-saving technologies of mineral extraction
– improvement of technological processes of extraction and processing of minerals
– reduction of anthropogenic load on the environment during mining and processing of minerals
Biographical information. He was born on January 16, 1966, in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro region.
Higher education.
Kyiv Polytechnic Institute of the Order of Lenin (1989). Qualification: mining engineer.
In 1989 he entered the graduate school of the Kyiv Order of Lenin Polytechnic Institute, specialty 05.15.03 – open pit mining.
Scientific and pedagogical activity:
– from 1990 to 1993 – Assistant of the Department of Technology and Mechanization of Mining of NTUU “KPI”;
– from 1993 to 1994 – Associate Professor of the Department of Technology and Mechanization of Mining of NTUU “KPI”;
– from 2009 to 2011 – Professor of Engineering Ecology Department of NTUU “KPI”;
– from 2011 to 2020 – Head of the Engineering Ecology Department of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”;
– from 2020 to the present – Professor of Geoengineering Department of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”
